Insulating ventilated slabs (IPT slabs)
IPT slabs are basic elements of the system. They are made in three variations with different height of pick (4, 7 and 10 cm). They are made from HDPE (high density polyethylene), which ensures absolute water- and vapor proofing. Due to sufficient size and low weight, the IPT slabs allow very fast and easy construction progress.
Cover plates
Cover plates are used mainly when vertical ventilated air gaps are designed. In that case, cover plates prevent the soil get into the air gap between slab and wall. They can be used as well to solve construction details of connection horizontally located slab to wall. Cover plates are made as regular or stress. The regular cover plates are made from LDPE (low density polyethylene) and are supplied in windings of required length. The stress cover plates are made from HDPE with metal support as pieces with length of 2 m (note: stress cover plates are made only on request).
Industrial stapler
Industrial stapler serves to easy and rapid connection of slabs before concreting. If the radon resistance is not requested, this type of connection is reliably sufficient. The distance between fasteners on slab edging is 5 cm so the average consumption of fasteners is about 50 pcs/m2.
